We want you to love your new Kickers, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returned footwear must be in its original, unworn condition and packaged in the original shoe box.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a copy will also be sent to your registered email address.

Package Securely

Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
